Rezoning CD-1 Text Amendment
GBL Architects Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver to amend the existing CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District By-law for 445 Southwest Marine Drive. The proposed amendment would change the CD-1 (71) By-law to include market residential (388,000 sq. ft.), rental residential (63,000 sq. ft.) and daycare uses (5,200 sq. ft.).
